How it works

  1. Create the party

    A name, a date, an address and a photo. A secret key appears right away — that key is what opens your dashboard later. Copy it and keep it safe.

  2. Build the list

    One by one, or by uploading the whole spreadsheet. Anyone bringing guests answers for all of them at once.

  3. Send and follow

    One click opens WhatsApp with the message already written. The dashboard shows how many people are coming, and the notes only you can read.

Frequently asked questions

Do I need an account?

No. You create the party and get a secret key right away — that key opens the dashboard, and keeping it is the whole sign-up. Your guests don't create anything either: each one gets a link of their own and answers right there. Signing in with email exists, is optional, and only serves to gather all your parties in one list.

Is it really free?

It is. There's no paid plan, no limit that shows up mid-party asking for a subscription, and no ads. The site was born for one daughter's party and stayed up for whoever else needs it.

How does a guest RSVP?

They open the link you sent on their phone and tap “I'm going” or “I'm not going”. Anyone bringing guests answers for everyone at once, and can leave a note only you can read. No app to install, no password to invent, no email to type.

Can I import the guest list from a spreadsheet?

You can. Paste the rows or upload the Excel file: the site recognises name, phone and email in any column order, flags a row when something looks off, and shows you a preview before saving anything. Up to 300 guests per party.

How does the invitation go out on WhatsApp?

One click in the dashboard opens the chat with the message already written and that guest's link inside it. You read it, change whatever you want and send — you're the one who presses send, in your own WhatsApp. Afterwards the dashboard remembers which invitations already went out, so nobody is left behind.

How long is the data kept?

The party, the guest list and the photo are deleted 90 days after the event. This isn't a line in a privacy policy: it's a sweep that runs overnight and deletes.
